An individual who does mountain bike riding in the mountains can burn up to 600 calories an hour. Rock climbing is estimated to burn over 750 calories every single hour.

The mountain air is fresher, mountains are less polluted, and so for these reasons individuals who live in them have a longer life expectancy and are overall happier.
